Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email that includes your order number, items in your order, and total amount to be charged. Don’t worry, this is totally normal! Due to the pliable nature of our bags and being held in a certain position for an extended period of time during shipping, our bags can sometimes warp slightly. Our bags will either naturally return to their normal shape, or through everyday use will become good as new.

We always want our customers to be happy! If you find your item is not right for you, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and sent back in the same new condition in which it was received, in order to ensure proper refund credit. EVA foam (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is considered eco-friendly because it is BPA-free and does not contain chlorides, heavy metals, phenols, latex and other toxic substances. It is a safer alternative to products that use PVC foams which often carry BPA. And yes, our bags are fully recyclable!

Caring for your bag could never be easier! Our bags are prone to a natural amount of warping (even during shipping), but once left at normal room temperature for a few hours they will bounce back to their original shape.
Please avoid extreme heat, such as the trunk of a car as this may cause the bag to warp. But don’t worry, the beach is a perfect place for our bags! Please avoid leaving very heavy items leaning on, in or against your bag as this may cause your bag to become misshapen.
When you bag is not in use, place the straps in the down position to keep their nice original shape.
To wash your bag, just water will do the trick! For messier trips, use a mild soap, water and a cloth or a baby wipe.
